Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain office efficiency.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and schedules for the team.
- Assist with insurance claims processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and handle inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in an office manager or administrative role preferred but not required.
- Experience in construction or insurance work is a plus but not necessary.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
