This role will support executives in OCI Infrastructure team and work closely with cross functional stakeholders. You will be the extension of the executive to ensure plans are executed according to plans. You will build scalable mechanisms to support business and program operation processes. You will partner with senior leaders to provide data driven insights that influence business decisions and provide recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail oriented with strong analytical skills which enable them to dive deep into the data to find answers, and to summarize the insights and provide recommendation to all stakeholders involved.

With the ongoing expansion of our business, we need a strong Principal Technical Program Manager for the OCI Infrastructure Service. This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of plan that organization commits to deliver. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement with cross functional teams.
To be successful in this role, you must be
- comfortable working with key business partners including finance, HR, recruiting, service delivery leaders and Chiefs of Staff supporting peer teams;
- detail oriented but able to articulate big picture for executive consumption;
- finance savvy, sensitive to numbers, and able to tie operational activities to financial impacts;
- able to keep moving forward in an ambiguous and fast changing environment where you might not know any stakeholder or have any knowledge about the subject at the beginning of the project.
