Job Title: Procurement Specialist (Entry Level)
Reports to: Procurement Manager
Salary Starting: $60k + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Houston, Texas

Key Accountabilities:
●Procurement Documentation & Recordkeeping (40%)
●Supplier Management (30%)
●Operational tasks & Invoicing (20%)
●Business Process and Analytics Improvement (10%)
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate purchases based on requirement by sales team and stock levels.
· Issue and place purchase orders to suppliers.
· Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
· Work closely with warehouses to check on shipments.
· Issue Packing Lists, quality documentation and Invoices.
· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
· Coordinate delivery with Logistics companies.
· Administrative tasks as assigned
Essential:
●Experience in SAP preferred.
● Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
