Who you are:
As a Benefits Coordinator in our Human Resources Department you will administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and more. Responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. You will have a direct impact on employee satisfaction.
What you’ll do:

Plan Administration: Ensure benefit plans are administered according to established documents and procedures.

Invoice Reconciliation: Review and reconcile benefit invoices, ensuring timely payments and correct allocation of codes.

Renewal Support: Assist in annual renewal discussions and new vendor implementation.

Annual Enrollments: Manage Annual Open Enrollments

Data Reconciliation: Reconcile reports or work with vendors for audits and valuations.

Communication Management: Conduct Weekly Benefits Orientation. Prepare and distribute benefits-related communications.

Program Implementation: Assist in implementing new benefit vendors, programs, and procedures.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal legislation. Serve as a liaison for benefit matters with OHR staff, vendors, auditors, and agencies.

Team Player: Serve as back-up for employee on-boarding and new-hire orientation. Engage in Other duties and projects as assigned
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree and three years of benefits administration; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Two years of experience working in HR information systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
