Triad Drywall, the Southeast's premiere commercial contractor for drywall, metal framing, and acoustical installation, is seeking a Project Manager to add to our rapidly growing family.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing multiple commercial projects from start to finish
· Oversee all aspects of day-to-day activities of multiple jobs
· Ensure the work is built in accordance with the contract documents
· Receive hand-offs from estimating
· Administer budgets, subcontracts, material purchase orders and equipment
· Perform on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs
· Work with Superintendents, and suppliers to complete material takeoffs and assure material coordination and accuracy
· Oversee and submit payroll for labor on jobs
Requirements/ Experience
· Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus
· Detail driven with an accounting mindset – “understand budgets, job cost etc.”
· Excellent organizational skills
· Must be familiar with construction estimating software
· English required, Spanish a plus
