Responsibilities
- Complete Intake of New Clients
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Receive and distribute mail
- Welcome clients into the office and evaluate their needs
- Assist with a variety of administrative duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
- Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology is a plus
