Job Description: This role is primarily responsible for the financial tracking and reconciliation of distributed generation projects. This person will assist with accounting setup, monitoring of costs and financial reconciliation at the end of the project. This person will work closely with project and program management teams and other internal stakeholders at both the project and portfolio level. For this position, you should have a basic knowledge of utility operations and renewable energy, the ability to work collaboratively with a team and compile/report information efficiently and accurately.
- Creates and maintains a tracker to update schedule, financials, and status of distributed generation projects.
- Assists project and program managers and other internal stakeholders to understand specific project financials and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare content and participate in monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to review the DG portfolio.
- Completes financial reconciliations within the required timeframe for projects to determine amounts to be billed or refunded to customers.
- Contributes to process improvement discussions.
- Generates various external & internal reports and responds to regulatory data requests.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
