- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Proficient in meal preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Strong knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Knowledge of food service procedures and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Previous experience as a line cook or culinary training is preferred but not required
