- Coordinate medical services using the company's CRM
- Plan and schedule medical referrals and appointments
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Perform all other office tasks.
- Flexibility (rotative schedule include days, nights and weekend shifts).
- Must speak English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills
