**Duties:**
- Conduct various laboratory tests, including blood sampling and venipuncture, to diagnose and monitor patient conditions.
- Collect and process patient specimens according to established laboratory procedures.
- Perform laboratory procedures, such as specimen collection and processing, to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Maintain accurate records of patient test results and laboratory procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology
- Organizing and completing office work relevant to the job.
**Experience:**
- Relevant experience in a phlebotomist setting, preferably in a hospital or medical facility.
- Strong knowledge of techniques and procedures.
- Experience with patient service and patient care.
- Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make the team successful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient confidentiality policies.
