Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including catering, inventory control, hospitality management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Manage and train staff members, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage inventory levels
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of catering, inventory control, hospitality management, POS systems, bartending, culinary arts, Aloha POS system, food production, and customer service
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving business goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff members
