Maintains assigned product groups for the Parts and Warranty department by performing the following duties.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Repairs or replaces defective parts.
- Picks, packs and ships customer part and/or label orders.
- Picks, packs and ships large Distribution Center orders.
- Invoice daily shipments to customer.
- Back-up to in-house programs as needed.
- Performs cycle counts on all DC assigned program inventory.
- Assist in phone support as needed.
- Order entry in an SAP environment.
- Maintains product files for service data base.
- Coordinates product testing and analyze failures.
- Orders and maintains shop supplies.
- Supports Parts and Warranty program.
- Supports in field product demonstrations as needed.
- Additional Essential Functions
Attendance/Punctuality Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meeting and appointments on time.
- Work Location This work is critical to be conducted at the assigned office, with remote work not practical.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of SAP software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Other Requirements:
Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
