Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Follow all sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety
- Prepare simple food items, such as salads or appetizers, as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
