Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives to meet the needs of students and the organization
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with educational standards and objectives
- Manage the budget for educational programs, including forecasting and monitoring expenses
- Write grant proposals to secure funding for educational initiatives
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the education department
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote a positive learning environment
- Conduct regular evaluations of educational programs to assess effectiveness and make improvements as needed
- Lead and supervise a team of educators and support staff
- Foster relationships with external partners, such as community organizations and other educational institutions
Requirements:
-NEW YORK STATE TEACHER CERTIFICATION
-Atleast 2 YEARS of experience as a group teacher in a program for children under six years of age.
- Must be bilingual in spanish
