Position Summary
Located at our Corporate Headquarters in Pasadena, Texas. We are looking for a competent Office Manager to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Minimum Requirements

At least five years of proven office management or administrative experience required

Extensive knowledge of office management procedures

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage Corporate Travel Program
-
Oversee and manage the administrative functions of the office by answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, ensuring all conference rooms, common kitchen and reception area are maintained and fully stocked

Maintain inventory of office supplies; order new supplies as needed

Assist in preparation of reports and presentations

Assist troubleshooting common facility or technological issues and/or advise relevant department

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Coordinate and work with other administrative staff on special projects as needed

Coordinate with HR and IT in the onboarding process for new employees, with office assignment and setting up workstations

Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical

Handle confidential information with discretion

Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships

Perform other related duties as assigned
Pay is contingent on experience.
