Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cannabis industry and a proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity and passion for the cannabis community. This is a part-time position with the ability to become full-time. Responsibilities:
- · Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
· Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
· Monitor and analyze social media trends, including cannabis industry trends and competitors.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
· Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
· Track and report on social media performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Stay up to date with changes in social media platforms, policies, and best practices, especially those specific to the cannabis industry.
· Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, local businesses, and partners to enhance our social media presence.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding cannabis marketing.
Qualifications:
· Experience in social media marketing, preferably within the cannabis industry.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Experience with content creation.
· Familiarity with social media management programs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
