Your Role:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, check-in, and registration processes.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person communication.
- Educate patients about available services, treatment options, and payment plans.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in sales initiatives to promote practice services and meet revenue targets.
- Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background: Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a patient care role is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
- Compassion: A compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
