Physical Therapy Assistants - Gilbert or Avondale
We are looking for candidates with working experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
This position provides physical therapy services, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, to a pediatric population, from infant through adolescence/young adulthood. Performs treatment of patients using modalities including exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, mobilization, heat/cold, taping, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound, specific to age and developmental/functional level determined by assessment of the supervising Physical Therapist.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy certification is required prior to the start date
- Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card, prior to start date
- Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date
