Day-to Day Activities:
Your main job will be to provide car jump starts, car unlocks, fuel delivery, tire change services, and other duties as assigned through our third party services division (TPD). This is a great position for the go getter looking for a great income and advancement opportunities. Many people like the freedom of not being tied down to an office, getting out to meet new people, and helping others every day. An organized and responsible person who knows their way around the city will find that this job is relatively easy.
Flexible Scheduling:
Take control of your work-life balance by selecting your desired shifts up to four weeks in advance. You have the ability to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle and your earnings desire. The shifts we have available are 8 and 12 hour shifts. Service technicians are expected to pickup at least 3 shifts per week in order to remain active with us.
Compensation:
We currently offer new technicians a competitive 60% commission of total assigned weekly invoices. Earn anywhere from $2,400 to $3,600 every other week. We offer bi-weekly pay via Direct Deposit or P2P platforms. Here's what we expect in return:
- Maintain high motorist feedback scores.
- Honor schedules and honor your word.
- Maintain proper tools. The only tools that should be used are ones that have high efficacy rates and low risk of causing damage complaints.
- Maintain good personal finances. Your personal finances should not impact your ability to work.
- Adhere to our service guidelines for quality and consistency.
- Work well with our existing team. We're a family here and maintain a culture of working and growing together as a wholesome unit.
Your Own Tools Are Required:
As an independent contractor, you'll need to have your own tools in order to qualify for this position. For applicants who don't currently own their equipment, you'll need to be able to purchase your own equipment prior to being considered for this posting. We have strict equipment requirements and only allow contractors who have professional grade equipment for the job. If you don't currently own any equipment, you can expect to budget approximately $350-$400 to purchase your own. This should generally include:
1. a high amperage jump box or battery pack, preferably with a battery voltage tester. (NO JUMPER CABLES)
2. a reputable car unlock kit.
3. A 4 way tire iron, tire chalk, floor jack, and portable air compressor.
4. A 2 gallon gas can.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous professional work experience or higher education in one of the following industries or roles:
Roadside Assistance, Automotive Repair, Automotive Maintenance, Locksmith, Towing, Other Automotive Service at our discretion

- 20 years or older.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Reliable Personal vehicle that averages at least 24 mpg
- Valid vehicle insurance.

- Must reside within the area listed
- Vehicle safety equipment must be in proper working condition.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Exceptional customer service and moral decency.
