Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Client SaaS Services Manager (Oil & Gas) for our technology client located in Houston, Texas. This role is HYBRID (3 days per week in the West Houston office). This is a client service and support role, not a new business sales role.
- Bachelors Degree in a technical field (computer science, MIS, engineering) preferred and 5+ years of professional experience in the software/SaaS/technology sector
- Minimum of 3+ years of recent Client SaaS Services and Data Engineering experience required
- Experience in client relations, support and training required
- Experience working in the oil & gas industry required
- Base salary of $105k - $125k DOE plus 20% bonus opportunity and benefits
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts as point person for client support, training, retention and communication
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Implementation Teams to develop and execute account strategies
- Responsible for coordinating account end user platform adoption and usage
- Assess and categorize client requests and organize timely responses and resolutions
- Develop, prepare, and deliver new client onboarding and training
- Communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with client decision makers
- Communicate with internal team to identify potential risk and plan for risk mitigation
- Support in the ongoing development of Client Services strategies and procedures
- Influence product enhancements through cross-functional team collaboration
- Contribute to the creation of customer-facing materials including training materials and e-learning content.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a technical field (computer science, MIS, engineering) preferred and 5+ years of professional experience in the software/SaaS/technology sector
- Minimum of 3+ years of Client SaaS Services and Data Engineering experience required
- Experience in client relations, support and training required
- Experience working in the oil & gas industry required
- Proven experience working with and training technical team members within customer offices.
- Proven experience executing, implementing, and completing a client project plan.
- Experience with cloud based technical architectures
- Familiarity with Rocket Lane, HubSpot, Data Dog a preferred
- Knowledge of Spotfire and PowerBI systems preferred
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
