Who our client is: An Allstate agency owner with multiple offices in Texas. As a well-established agent with 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry (including in-house lead generation)!
What is the job: This is a Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) role with a base pay of $40,000 annually, plus uncapped commission and bonuses. With top producers making $100k+!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Outbound and inbound sales calls
- Drafting emails and text messages
- Cross-selling current customers
- Hitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Professional development and training
What are the requirements:
- At least 1 year of prior insurance sales experience
- Prior Allstate experience
- Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state is a plus
- Have obtained non-resident licenses or have the ability and willingness to do so
- Have a stable and reliable internet connection
- A thorough understanding of technology
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
