FULL & PART time Catering Crew Members!
We are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals. We are a 40 year old Corporate Catering company with opportunities for growth for the right people.
The right applicants will have:
Food service experience preferred but not required
- A sense of urgency
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask (cook and prep simultaneously)
- The ability to wake up early for work (we start usually around 5 AM)
- A reliable vehicle, current CA Driver’s License, auto insurance coverage, and a clean driving record
- WILLING TO MAKE DELIVERIES IN YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE IS A REQUIREMENT
Alonti caters breakfast and lunch to businesses to the Greater Los Angeles area Monday-Friday. We have an extensive menu of breakfast and lunch items that are prepared from scratch in our kitchen, and delivered to the office by our Catering Crew Members.
The Catering Crew Position:
Crew members are required to learn and follow food-prep recipes in a fast-paced work environment, maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace, deliver catering orders using their personal vehicle, and set up catering orders for our clients with a friendly, professional attitude.

- Hot food - made from scratch (entrees, sides, hot desserts)
- Fruits and cold hors d’oeuvres
- Bakery - made from scratch (pastries, baked goods, and cold desserts)
- Expeditor
- Box Lunch assembler
Work Schedule: Alonti Catering delivers between 6 AM and 4 PM Monday-Friday.
Crew members work various schedules between 4 AM and 4 PM during the week. Some earlier mornings required.
Nights, Weekends, and Holidays OFF
Age Requirements: Applicants must be at least 20 years old.
Compensation:
Starting hourly range is $19 - $20/hour depending on kitchen and/or catering experience*
Gratuity/Tips: **Average $150/week.
Hourly Rate plus Tips combined, crew members can earn up to $22-24/hour
Mileage Reimbursement $.67/mile paid monthly
Cell phone usage supplement $25 paid monthly
Daily Overtime potential for full time catering crew members
Medical Insurance and 401k Plan after 1 year of employment

Qualifications
- Food preparation and cooking experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license for catering deliveries
- Familiarity with menu planning and dietary department operations
- Excellent communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
