Overview:
Family Access to Integrated Recovery (FAIR) is a program developed from a collaborative effort between the Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, the Children's Services division of Hamilton County Job and Family Services (HCJFS) and Central Clinic Behavioral Health. Open Children's Services cases with a behavioral health n eed are referred to FAIR for diagnostic assessments, connection to community services, care management, case consultation with HCJFS works and collaboration with community service providers.
Working Hours
Monday-Friday (40 Hours/Week)
Duties:
- Identifies available community resources to assist clients in obtaining needed services and collaborates with professionals from multiple systems to address treatment needs.
- Works effectively with community agencies to transition clients from FAIR to other service providers.
- Works collaboratively with the client and/or family, Mental Health Assessors, and other professionals to deveop and implement ISP goals.
- Employs goal oriented problem-solving techniques to assist clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related mental health field
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with persons from diverse backgrounds
- Knowlege of the Hamilton County public mental health system and other community resources
- Reliable transportation and personal vehicle insurance for bodily injury/property damage liability
