We're searching for a high-energy and enthusiastic Logistics Account Manager to join our team in beautiful Scottsdale. As an Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between our incredible customers and freight carriers, building strong relationships while coordinating the movement of shipments. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the world-class service they deserve!

Responsibilities:
- Manage a current book of business of existing customers and build strong relationships with industry contacts.
- Ensure client satisfaction with existing accounts and stay updated on industry knowledge for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities with existing clients to grow and to create new business.
- Build and develop a network of carriers that align with our customers’ needs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain accounts and enforce carrier compliance for consistent, exceptional service.
- Keep an eye on key performance indicators, reports, metrics, and take action for ongoing measurement of customer performance and departmental success.
- Enforce carrier compliance with operational systems and assist with collection issues on assigned accounts.
- Monitor shared email box to ensure timely responses with both internal and external clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the TMS system and supporting software.
Qualifications:

- Comfort with problem-solving and identifying issues by thinking critically to determine the best course of action.

- Above-average Microsoft Office skills.
- 2+ years of third-party logistics carrier sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Schedule:
8-hour shift in a Monday to Friday work schedule with some on-call rotation and weekend work as needed.
