Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join
our team as a Customer Service and Warranty Repair Coordinator. This role is crucial in
managing phone inquiries, warranty repairs, Dig Safe coordination, and scheduling
support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries from customers regarding warranty
repairs and service requests.
Coordinate Dig Safe processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service appointments.
Communicate effectively with customers to de-escalate issues and provide
solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution of
customer concerns.
Learn and adhere to terms and conditions outlined in customer contracts.
Assist with logistics planning, including route scheduling for service technicians.
Follow up with service crews and customers to ensure satisfaction and
completion of service requests.
Manage communication with accounts receivable regarding invoice release
timelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or
construction-related industry.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in handling outbound phone calls and resolving customer issues.
Knowledge of construction materials and processes is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new
responsibilities.
Capability to multitask and work independently while supporting team goals.
Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
