HireArt is helping Via find a Product Support and Operations Specialist to provide outstanding assistance to partners, who power mobility and transportation networks with company technology.
In this role, you will build the best possible connection between partners and the product/engineering team. Unbelievable partner support is the key to success as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, empowering partners to utilize company technology to improve their experience.
We are looking for someone who is seeking a career in product support, operations or business development. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of work experience, including working at a startup.
As a Product Support and Operations Specialist, you will:
- Become an expert on Via by developing a nuanced understanding of the technology, use cases and best practices to resolve partner issues.
- Prioritize operational issues and provide technical, specific and strategic responses efficiently.
- Work with various operations, product and engineering teams in identifying, reporting and resolving product issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Nurture close relationships with partners to become a trusted advisor.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Experience at a startup with a software product or in B2B customer service
- Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable taking on responsibility
- Meticulous and vigilant with a high level of attention to detail
- Outstanding process-orientation, analytical and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial problem solver with the ability to find creative solutions
- Excellent communicator with a knack for setting the right tone
- Fluency in additional languages (i.e. Spanish, Arabic, French, Italian, Dutch or Japanese) is a plus
- Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus

Commitment: This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Greater New York area. Hybrid work schedule option available with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
