Purpose of Position: As a pivotal member of our sales team, the Salon Business Specialist (SBS) will drive market expansion and nurture client relationships within the Salon channel. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to our core values of integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Position Summary: The SBS will manage the sales cycle across a designated territory of Bergen, Essex and Union county NJ, ensuring a seamless experience for every client. This role involves direct interactions with salons to enhance their business through our extensive portfolio of products and educational programs. By embodying the Ethos spirit in all dealings, the SBS will foster longstanding customer loyalty and drive business growth on behalf of Ethos and our brand partners.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
- Provide tailored consultations and recommend solutions to meet client needs.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous business growth.
- Organize and participate in events and educational workshops as a representative of Ethos.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and maintain high standards in all operations.

Experience/Education:
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- Strongly Preferred: Minimum of two years in an outside sales role and/or beauty industry role
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must have driver's license and your own car
- Must be able to engage in physical activities required by the role including meetings, trainings, and product demonstrations.
