About our pediatric treatment clinic. We are proud to offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, early intervention, and applied behavior analysis services in our new, state-of-the-art 18,000 square foot treatment clinic. Our staff and patients have access to two treatment gyms, an adaptive kitchen, an adaptive restroom, a dedicated sensory room, and individual clinic rooms to individualize care while providing generalization and socialization opportunities.

Compensation
Salary range between $110,000 and $125,000
The Unlimited Possibilities pays 100% for company sponsored health plan for employees.
In addition, we offer dental, vision and ancillary health and wellness plans, time-off programs and a 401k plan (eligibility after 250 hours in 3 months and a safe harbor match of 100% on first 3% contribution and 50% match on next 2% contribution).
What you will do.
- Manages the Speech-Language team; provides guidance and training of staff, productivity standards, works with scheduling team on SL team schedule, facilitate team meetings for clinical review and education, and overall motivation and performance.
- Completes standardized developmental assessments and evaluations; reviews and approves SL team's assessments and evaluations.
- Designs and provides individualized speech therapy to clients.
- Provides education, training and community resources to patient parents.
- Collaborates with other professionals involved in the patients care, as appropriate.
- Prepares required reports; Developmental Summary, Recommendations, Progress notes, Evaluations, Re-evaluations and Discharge.
- Adheres to and ensures team achieves productivity goals; personal goal is 50% productivity.
- Clinical hours Monday through Friday, 9:00a to 6:00p. This position is on-site at the organizations clinic.
Requirements.
- Graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Licensed by California Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispenser Board.
- 5+ years experience as a Speech-Language Therapist with 2+ years management or mentorship of Clinical Interns, CF and/or SLPA.
- Minimum 1-year pediatric job experience from ages of 1.5 to 22 years of age.
- Experience managing maladaptive behavior and supporting positive behavior plans.
- Experience in a multi-discipline environment (OT and PT).
- Must successfully pass job-related health screening and background check and be eligible for acceptance by our company commercial auto policy based upon DMV report with annual review thereafter.
- Complete or provide proof of negative tuberculosis test result; maintain clearance every year.
- Complete & maintain Infant/Child/Adult CPR/First Aid training or provide proof of certification.
