AdMachines, a nationwide lead generation advertising agency, is seeking a talented and ambitious Vice President of SEM Agency Client Operations to lead our account management team and drive client success. We help our clients improve lead quality, increase conversion rates, optimize lead costs, and much more. The paid search solutions we offer our clients include building and managing Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads on the Meta platform, and Bing, AOL & Yahoo ads on the Microsoft advertising network. In addition, we also utilize demand-side platforms (DSP) to launch and manage Geo-Fence and OTT campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the account management team to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Maintain a roster of clients and ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and performance.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of account management staff.
- Ensure strong Google Ads performance and optimization for all clients.
- Monitor and manage client budgets, bidding strategies, and ad copy optimization.
- Conduct ongoing keyword and targeting optimization, routine maintenance, and conversion rate optimization.
- Analyze key performance indicators and take necessary actions to achieve goals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to maintain and develop client relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
- BA from a business school is required; MBA preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with agency experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing more than $50K a month in paid search ads.
- Passion for digital marketing and exceeding clients’ expectations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, outgoing, and a self-starter.
- Google Ads certified is a plus.
