Galliant is looking for passionate and highly skilled Care Manager/BCBA Intern for our Elkhorn, NE clinic!

What To Expect:
- Follow the appropriate RBT clinical process for each client to which they work with
- Collect data, verify sessions, and write through session notes daily
- Provide assistance and oversight to the clinic as a whole
- Attend trainings and team building activities and events
- Pair with and know programming for all clients in the clinic in order to fill in for direct sessions as needed
- Serve as a liaison between BT/RBTs and BCBAs when clinical questions arise and BCBA is not present or is with another client (note: This does not mean making clinical changes without BCBA approval, but is to help ensure staff are heard and BCBA knows of any clinical concerns they have).
- Ensure communication between staff and parents is occurring for all clients. Problem solve barriers in parent communication and act as a liaison for client/parent communication when needed
- Under the direction and with the support of a BCBA, be a secondary lead over direct cases as assigned
- Assist with assessment of new and existing clients as requested by the BCBA/Clinical Director
- Fulfill a minimum of 10% supervision for cases in which you are a secondary lead and support staff outside of supervision as needed (this is in addition to the 10% supervision provided by the BCBA)
- Schedule and conduct a minimum of bi-weekly parent training sessions for cases in which you are a secondary lead
- Assess data, make program changes, update and organize Rethink and treatment plans, ensure materials are ordered/created, and any other tasks as needed to ensure the client is receiving optimal services
- Provide ongoing reinforcement for BTs/RBTs working on your cases based on their work with the client and their fulfillment of Galliant’s Cultural Values
- Meet with the lead BCBA on each case on a minimum of a weekly basis to ensure all program updates are approved and appropriate
- Schedule supervision and parent training overlaps with the lead BCBA on each case on a minimum of a bi-weekly basis to receive feedback and support
- Other roles and responsibilities as assigned
Who You Are:
- Must be enrolled in their BCBA program
- Pursuing a Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related fields. PsyD's are encouraged to apply
- Pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure
- Understanding and utilization of ABA
- Enjoys collaborating with RBTs and helping guide them in effective care for the client

- As you progress in the role, your role will shift from 75-90% direct and 10-25% case manager, to the inverse: 75-90% case manager, 10-25% direct. Below is an illustrative example:
4-8 months from testing: 25-30 hours direct, 10 hours as a case manager
2-4 months from testing: 15-25 hours direct, 15-25 hours as a case manager
0-2 months from testing: 5-10 hours direct, 30 hours as a case manager
