The Administrative Assistant shall provide Administrative Support to the Resource Directorate/Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC) and Operations, Security and Training (OS&T) Division.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with coordination and travel arrangements for personnel within USAISR and others as required.
- Coordinates arrangements, scheduling, and agenda preparation for meetings.
- Facilitates coordination with such agencies as USAMRDC and BAMC.

Coordinates video and audio teleconferencing.

Develops working relationships with all departments including, contracting, budget, logistics, USAMRDC and other pertinent people, groups, or organizations to facilitate the mission.

Provides support services including, communications, travel support, printing, library or publication services, mail, facilities and equipment, transportation, records, forms and reports.

Routes and distributes documentation (in electronic or hard copy format), such as policies, memos, agreements, taskers, orders, awards, etc… in accordance with established policies/procedures/practices in support of the USAISR day to day operations.

Prepares reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries and taskers.

Assists with ordering and tracking supplies.

Assists with in-processing and out-processing of personnel by submitting and tracking Standard Form (SF) 86 Forms, Optional Form (OF) 306, BAMC Form 1047, Department of Defense (DD) Form 2875, OS&T Intake Form, and the Training agreement form until final vetting disposition.

Ensures log and tracking accuracy of leaves, awards, Non-Commissioned Officer Evaluation Report (NCOER), evaluations, and incoming packets, In/Out-processing & Global Electronic Approval Routing System (GEARS)
- Maintains and ensures database accuracy of Additional Duties for personnel as required and prepares memos for Commander’s signature.
- Tracks and ensures accuracy of personnel readiness requirements (DD93, Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS), and Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance Election and Certificate (SGLV) and prepares delinquency memos for Commander’s signature.
- Provides support services including, coordination, organizing and participating in fund raising activities for the Soldier and Family Readiness Support Assistant (FRSA) Program.

Updates and maintains MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE) database as necessary for the tracking of Service Member Medical Readiness

Qualifications:
- High School degree.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum one (1) year of Research protocol experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficient Typing skills.

Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Word Expertise

Fluent in the English language both oral and written.
