We are on the hunt for an experienced Client Success and Account Manager to join our dedicated team at Figmints. This role is crucial for someone who thrives in managing client relationships and projects, ensuring satisfaction and growth. We're ideally looking for a candidate with prior experience in digital marketing, fast-paced agencies, or related fields, who can drive client success in regular meetings, coordinate work from the internal team, as well as foster strong partnerships. This role is fully-remote, with occasional in-person trips to exciting locations (we just got back from Cancun).

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Individual Project Coordination: Work with our internal Project Coordinators to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate team Strategist and clients to understand their goals and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve them.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Issue Resolution: Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, production, and technical staff, to deliver high-quality work.
- Growth Facilitation: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients, contributing to their growth and success.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Ideally has experience working with a digital marketing agency or closely related industries.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership and Initiative: Proven track record of effectively leading client initiatives and teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms relevant to project management and client coordination.
- Educational Background: A BS/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
