What Winning Looks Like:

Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance duties, on facilities, HVAC systems, Automotive lifts and other assets associated to each facility.

Perform snow removal operations with Plow Truck, and Loader
-
Preform lot sanding/graveling operations with truck mounted equipment and by hand.
-
Repairs overhead doors, personnel doors, and hardware.
-
Makes repairs to parking lots, sidewalks, chain link fencing/gates, and building grounds.

Tests and repairs various systems and equipment using meters, schematics, drawings, and manuals.
-
Perform electrical work such as lighting lamp change outs, LED conversions, switch, and outlet installation/replacement.
-
Perform essential plumbing repairs such as flush valve replacement, drain clearing, and toilet/urinal/sink replacement.
-
Be trained and proficient in a wide variety of equipment operation including but not limited to, Front End Loader, Snowplow, Forklift, Tow Truck, Scissor Lift, Boom lift.

Maintain knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Needed to Win:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Must possess a valid driver’s license
-
Must be able to work in severe weather conditions and climb ladders, prolonged walking, sitting, bending, stooping lift, push and pull 75lbs

Proficiently read, write, and comprehend English

3-5 years General Building maintenance
-
3-5 years Snowplow operation
-
3-5 years Front end loader operation
