We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Design and implement new production methods, equipment, and systems to meet production goals and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed manufacturing initiatives.
- Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain documentation such as work instructions, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is desirable.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
