Duties:
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and files
- Processing cash transactions, permits and licenses
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, copying, scanning and answering phones
- Assist in tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
-Bilingual a plus
- Proven experience in basic office duties
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in file management and record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills
