Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative who will act as a liaison, provide information and resolve any issues customer accounts may face. The right candidate will be genuinely excited to help others, patient and openly communicative. This person should be able to put themselves in another person’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Feedback from our customers is important, so this person will be a prized addition to the team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage increased customer interactions
- Utilize optimal communication skills in order to ensure consumer comfortability
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Assess consumer needs
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Manage customer feedback and provide solutions as necessary
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong active listening
- Customer orientation and the ability to interact with multiple personalities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
