Banquet Server- Part-time/On-call
Compensation: $17 PER HOUR
Reports to: Banquet Manager
Established in 1920, Brook Hollow Golf Club enjoys a strong reputation as one of Dallas’ most historic and exclusive private clubs. World-class facilities including a fully renovated golf course that was completed in 2020, a sports complex for tennis, pickleball, wellness and swimming, and a famed ballroom in which are presented some of Dallas’ most memorable and fashionable social events. We are a high-end service golf operation looking for highly energetic, team-oriented members to provide the best possible service for a high-profile membership.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

Performs related banquet (dining room) set-up tasks.

Performs synchronized service as a team.

Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.

Takes cocktail order and serves food in specified station.

Pour and refill wine, coffee, water and/or other beverages served with and after the meal.

Clears soiled dishes as needed.

Cleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and dining room.

Advises supervisor of any member/guest complaints as soon as they occur.

Performs additional duties as directed by a supervisor or manager.

Always creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Should have an eye for detail.

Must possess honesty and integrity.

Must have or be able to obtain a Texas Food Handlers Card and TABC Certificate
