As a representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries or issues. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Collaborate with team members to optimize call center efficiency and achieve performance targets
Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to deliver consistent service
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries or complaints
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
