Duties:
- Coordinate and manage client care activities effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and employee records
- Communicate with clients, caregivers and and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care is delivered.
- Supervise caregiver activities, ensure clients are properly staffed within specified timeframe
- Conduct client intake assessment, monthly wellness calls and in-home supervisory visits
- Attend trainings and courses to keep abreast of developments in health care industry.
- Ensure compliance with all State licensing requirements, rules, policies and procedures
- Monitor client's conditions and performance of duties by caregivers
- Perform clerical work such as filing, copying or faxing
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
