We are looking for an experienced automotive Ford Certified Parts Manager to lead our Parts team. Our ideal candidate must have a proven track record working as Parts Manager at a high-volume Ford dealership. This person must be a team player and have the dealership’s best interest in mind.

Responsibilities:
- Must be a true leader by example, who can lift the performance of our parts team
- Analyze sales, expenses and inventory each month to maintain dealer goals
- Handle customer complaints promptly and accordingly to dealer guidelines

- Must help grow and sustain our wholesales parts initiatives
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Ford preferred (Ford Certified)
- Must understand upholding customer satisfaction is a major priority
- Should have a working knowledge of Ford and inventory control procedures
- Experience with Dealertrack
- Must be driven by processes and procedures
