Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.
Duties:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide proactive solutions
- Monitor large projects to ensure production timeline are in sync with the clients construction timeline
- Drive product adoption and usage among customers to maximize value realization
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and usage patterns
- Provide training and support to customers on product features and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or similar roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Sales acumen with a track record of identifying opportunities for revenue growth
- Proficiency in CRM software, excel and quickbook
- Assist in establishing customer service policies and practices
- Experience in cabinetry, millwork and/or Spa industry a Plus
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
-Experience with Website management/ data entry a Plus
