Job Summary:
We are looking for TWO Senior Sales Directors to join our team and help us grow our sales in the machinery and manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with industrial customers. You will also provide technical support and guidance to existing and potential customers, and collaborate with our engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
- Qualify and prioritize sales opportunities based on customer requirements, budget, and decision-making process
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value and benefits of our products and solutions
- Negotiate contracts and terms with customers and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers before, during, and after the sales process
- Maintain and update customer records and sales pipeline in our CRM system
- Gather and share market and customer feedback and insights with our engineering and product teams
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and generate leads
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in selling machinery and manufacturing products or solutions to industrial customers (Actuator Industry is PREFERRED)
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and knowledge of sales principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the machinery and manufacturing sector
- Willingness to travel and meet customers in person or remotely
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual will be PLUS/Preferred
