Responsibilities:
- Sell health, life, and other insurance products to clients.
- Assist clients with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure benefit data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and benefit regulations for compliance.
- Establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums, and set payment methods.
- Educate clients on insurance packages, coverage, benefits, and policy details.
- Identify and engage potential clientele through active prospecting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Strong B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record in administering employee benefit programs.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements for benefits.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High energy, passion, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $100,000.
