Pay Philosophy: The typical starting compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, insurance licenses and certifications. Depending on your skills and ability, the comp may include various ability for uncapped monthly incentive earnings based on production.

Qualifications:

- Illinois insurance licenses—or willingness to earn one asap—in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
