Secured Investment Corp is looking for a Sales Lead to manage the Investor Relations Department. This position has the responsibility of working hand-in-hand with the Director of Investment Management in guiding the team, instituting and managing incentive programs, and being the primary point of accountability for the team’s performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assess team performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- KPI and Revenue Target Accountability:
Responsible for the team's adherence to and achievement of established KPIs and revenue targets.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Director regarding team performance, challenges, and achievements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team progress against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Encourage open communication, teamwork, and a positive work culture within the department and across the entire organization.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director to align goals and ensure cohesive departmentwide strategies.
- Oversee and guide the team's interactions with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address complex customer issues and complaints in partnership with Client Success department to provide solutions that align with company policies and customer needs.
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to close deals.
- Experience in phone sales is advantageous.
- Knowledge or experience in real estate investing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
