We are seeking a detail-oriented Typist Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately typing and proofreading various documents, maintaining files, and providing general office support. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Typing and proofreading documents, including correspondence, reports, and memos
Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files
Assisting with data entry and record keeping tasks
Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a typist, clerk, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
