We are looking to hire a front desk agent
- Shifts are 8 hours. Must be available for the full 8 hours
- Must be available weekends and holidays.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction up to brand service standards
- Learn and use the hotel's property management system and computer system.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local activities, restaurants, special sites and directions
- Resolving guest issues/complaints
- Maintain a hospitable and friendly attitude with guests and hotel staff
- Build guest loyalty by providing exceptional guest service
- Make and modify hotel reservations
- Ability to answer a multi line phone system
- Learn about the hotel's layout, guestrooms, and amenities and be able to sell the hotel accordingly.
- Stand for up to 3 hours at a time
- Business professional attire.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
