Ellis & Badenhausen Orthopaedics is seeking Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist serving as Team manager for our growing therapy clinics in the Louisville, KY area.

Position Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises the work of Physical Therapist(s), Physical Therapy Assistant(s), Occupational Therapist(s) and Support Personnel.
Position Summary
Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through an individualized program, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, a home exercise program, education, and communication to maximize the patient's progress toward achieving functional goals.

- Identify learning needs and teach patients and families.

- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky. Minimum 3-years’experience in Outpatient and/or Private Practice Physical Therapy required.
