A key member of our staff, our bartender not only creates quality beverages, but quality experiences. The ideal candidate in this position must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining a courteous demeanor with customers, as well as effectively make use of downtime. Strong leadership and personnel management skills should be accompanied by a customer service orientation and commitment to company values and image. The bartender pays close attention to all operational details to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of guests, as well as successfully working with other members of our staff.
Essential Job Functions
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission and culture of Butter Me Up.
- Ensure that guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Monitor beverage inventory.
- Prepare beverages in a timely and quality fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with guests and coworkers.
- Ability to create craft cocktails.
- Ability to create a clean working environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior experience working as a bartender
- Ability to maintain organization in changing environment.
- Basic or advanced knowledge of beers, spirits, and wines.
- Sufficient knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Alcohol Server Trained/Licensed.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
