AssistedLivingCPO experts in the field around the USA who attract a steady stream of listings
Our experts work around the country with CCR facilities. We have a list of questions, a clipboard, a logo, a book, etc. Each one calls 20+ facilities within 20 mins of home or office, and calls structured as "Hi there (name here) we have thousands of people on our database and they are always requesting a referral to an Assisted Living Facility, can you spare 15 minutes to meet me and go over what you do differently?"
Our mission is to provide seamless, supportive, and specialized guidance to individuals, with a particular focus on the real estate decisions that accompany these life changes. You will be working under our visionary CEO to lead our expanding national operation, which aims to establish dedicated Vice Presidents in every state to cater to our unique clientele. How much time will it take? Once the network is established, approximately 2+ hours per week. If you have a real estate team in place, you will be able to set up a passive stream of listings for your team.
Compensation:
This is a high-paying role, commensurate with experience and the significant impact you will have not just on our network, but on improving the process for many across the country. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. Please note this is a start-up position for your State, although all funnels, websites, a book on Amazon, and 1100 agents are already in place!

Compensation:
$300,000+
Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit and onboard 30 Field Experts in your State. You will be doing this along with the CEO of cashCPO and our funding partner, who will run ads for you.
- Approach one agent exclusively (per zip or group of zip codes) and interview for role. Think about key markets in your state, which is usually 30-80 towns or cities depending on the state

Conduct weekly hour-long coaching sessions via Zoom to support, mentor, and guide the expert field agents, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy.

Get support from the weekly call with the CEO
Qualifications:-
At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Must hold an active Real Estate License.
